Cake Donuts with Season Cake

Flavour vanilla 13

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes at medium speed with a flat beater.

Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Pipe donuts on a fat greased baking paper or use the donut depositor.

Small donuts 30 grams.

Normal donuts 60 grams

Oil temperature 175ºC.

Frying time 3 - 4 minutes (depends on the size)

Keep on turning the donuts while frying.

If desired, decorate the donuts with Fondant, Sugar or Dip.

Yields:

36 pieces of 60 grams

73 pieces of 30 grams
